Hilja or Śiłja jALSi is the Rijyc TjUri(Śácamþaśá for ‘saviour’) of Þunan Qumreá. She heads the Council (Śácamþaśá: arI‘Reá’) of Þunan Qumreá, as well as leading the navy. Despite the terminology, she is effectively an absolute ruler of the country, though her power has been seriously questioned by SeoReadeHenn, Commander of the Armed Forces and Irlen of Saxland as Þunan Qumreá becomes an ever more land-based power.
