Xêgwar or Hsegwar /ˈʃeɪ.gwaɹ/ (Kyawcenni: Xêgwar /cɪ̂.ɤ̯waɻ/) is a town on Peregan Island in Pereganesia, a region of Shingtsun, Kyaw Cen, that consists of a community house, a private house, a Cenrail station, and an enchanting table setup. It had been planned since early 2024, but it only began construction on 07 July.
It is located directly on the G1 road from Yija to the Gulf of Kozdenen. It is around 200 metres southwest of Mount Svérigé and 1200 metres east-southeast of Yija.
In late July 2025 the station got renovated and now takes up half the area of the town.
