Uŋuŋəŋŋium
Uŋuŋəŋŋium /uːŋ.uːŋˈəŋ.iː.əm/ (also known as 119ium or Uuə/Uuuh) is a savannah biome in Cornertopia owned by the Realm of Madness. It's the only place in the server where griefing and stealing is permitted. The government takes measures to ensure any tomfoolery that occurs within the territory stays in the territory as many activities that occur inside might be illegal in another ŋation and/or the wilderness. The only rules are to guarantee activity stays within the borders1 and the region is open to anyone, even if they're not a citizen or banned from the Realm of Madness.
1 Serious threats like withers are not allowed unless they are contained because they can easily escape Uŋuŋəŋŋium.
Etymology
Uŋuŋəŋŋium comes from the word "ununennium" /uːn.uːnˈɛn.iːəm/ which is the yet-undiscovered atomic element number 119 (all atomic elements before it have been discovered). The region was named after the element because the intense amount of destruction that will be allowed rivals the high energies required to create the 119th element in real life. Additionally, the region was intended to be named after the velar nasal which has the IPA number of 119.
Purpose
The government of the Realm of Madness plans to use the region for various purposes including experiments, such as particle accelerators, and weapons development, such as landmines and TNT cannons. The acquisition and use of this land is supported by several of the Parties of Madness, namely the Ares, Posadist, QTie Pie, Serious Disease, Accelerationist-Accelerationist, and the Apolitical Political parties. The Horseshoe Party sees no difference between supporting and not supporting this. Two parties object: the Blockclerk Party and The One From 1984.
