Kezlai (Itsoikt: Kédlai /ked˧˥.laɪ̯/), formerly known as The Forestlands, is a civil department of Oressia. It entirely consists of landscape with no infrastructure or administrative center, rather it is temporarily externally administered by Todoian, the capital of Oressia.

Kezlai is one of the 6 founding civil departments of Oressia. Its borders were redrawn on August 16th, 2024 as part of the August 2024 Territorial Expansion.
