Czägrÿxyx (IPA: /d͡ʒɑgrɯxəx/) is the capital and largest city in Xtrakva, located on the island of Arghak
Name
Etymology
Czägrÿxyx is made up of two words: Czägr can be translated as "salvation" but the word is of unknown origin. One popular theory states that it was loaned from the Komhat word for "guardian", shā'aġe. The -ÿ suffix denotes collective numbers. Xyx is a Morytian word meaning "city" and is a very common suffix. The literal translation of the city name would be something like "city of all salvations" or perhaps the "city of pure salvation".
Prior to the current name, it was briefly known as Tin Czägrÿ. The word tin is similar to xyx but means "town" and is always placed before the name.

History
Pre-History
Little is known about the location of the city before its establishment.
Founding
In April, after stranded on a nearby island, sailors from the faraway land of Morytia set sight on the island for true refuge. Their ship got wrecked onto the shallow shore of those islands so they swam to the big island and began constructing small huts out of nearby trees. As the settlement grew, the inhabitants began calling it Tin Czägrÿ as it had brought them the salvation that they needed, a true refuge.
Modern History
In October, massive construction projects rapidly appeared in the city as it continued expanding to increase potential tourism. With its expansion came a new name, Czägrÿxyx.

The Mouth
The Mouth (Morytian: S'psua IPA: /spsy.a/) is the main port of Czägrÿxyx located partially in a cave right below the main city. An underground tunnel connecting the mouth directly to the railway station is under construction.
Under Construction
Plenty of sights have been planned out for the city. None of the construction has been fully completed but the "Nice Bridge" linking Arghak island to the mainland is fully operational.
Similarly, there is the Czägrÿxyx Cenrail Station which, on 2 July, 2024, survived a bomb attack and, on 14 July, 2024, was hit directly by lightning and partially burnt down before being restored.
