Whimsopolis is a Special Area of the Kingdom of Hummland as a condominium with the Evil Scamming Country.
History
The condominium was created in the peace treary after the end of the war between the Evil Scamming Country and the Kingdom of Hummland, as the Scam-tastic Casino of Joyous Whimsy. Later Domeville was added due to its history of being ruled by Chronos and Null for already being a de-facto condominium, leading to it being renamed to Whimsopolis and having many exclaves.
