The Neutral Miserly State is a territory of Hummland to the east of the Evil Scamming Country. It is divided into to districts, East Zhoipheoseo and Null.
East Zhoipheoseo
East Zhoipheoseo has two uninhabited houses and some docks. It is the new location for the Hummland Money Tree.
Null
Null is a slightly larger landmass to the south of East Zhoipheoseo. It is illegal to do anything on Null as per the Evil-Hummland peace treaty.
