Prehistory
The prehistory of the land of Aprux Mexyrhat is poorly understood. Traces of sentient activity have been dated as far back as 20,000 -D in the form of unfired potery or cooking equipment shards, with motives of snakes and suspiciously-lesbian-looking women, which currently resides in the collection of Perhyh Museum of Prehistory. First ruins found near Neuti, Tiban are dated to 11,000 -D and consist of two hollow half-colums made of diorite brickwork, which were possibly part of a larger breakwater infrastructure. The begining of continous human habitation was in 9,000 -D, starting in modern day Palases Kiser' and spreading to maritime areas up to the year 7,500 -D.
Kingdom of Sea
The Kingdom of Sea is a name given to a maritime civilization whose artifacts were found on shores and islands of the Sea of Density, heavly concentrated in the area of western Aprux Mexyrhat and southern Wánade. Its heartland is most likely the island of Greater Perhyh or the islands of Ḿaro, where it spread from since around the year 8,000 -D to various parts of the sea.
From archeological record, it is theorized that this state pioneered the use and production of terracotta in buildings and other usecases. Many specimens of statues, jewellery and other artforms where found depicitng mottifs of snakes, ducks, women and farm landscapes and plants. The civilization lacked a wrriting system, and therefore it is unknown what language they spoke. However, many similarities have lead historians to belive that the Kingdom of Sea people were ancestral to modern day Toli and Toli-adjacent groups, or that they assimilated the Toli ancestors into their culture.
