Krista Calendar is a lunar calendar system used by Aprux Mexyrhat. A year is devided into four parts (Keut'), 8 weeks each, 8 days a week. The current date is 1.1.1.1580 +D (After Dyrghxtimyh) as of 13 September 2025.

History

Keut'

The year is devided into four parts, (Toli: Keut') which are: Semis, Xyl, Kymas, Sel. Each Keut' starts with a celebration of Sun of the Dead, Moon of the Dead, Sun of the Alive and Moon of the Alive, respectivley. (See: Tolifax Symbolism/Kiramiihol and Holidays in Aprux Mexyrhat).

Days and Weeks

Each day is named after a phase of the moon, in order, from full moon to new moon: Feristah, Extyl, Hium, Petl, Kur, Asiamii, Meit and For. Each week has a name derived from a name of a day, in order, so that Xtelfyrastih is the first week of a Keut, and Xtelfur is the last.

Conventions

Dates before Dyrghxtimyh are written with -D, and dates after are written +D

21 April 2025 was the first day of year 1417 (Faxhylan of 1417) +D, and that each (real life) day since then lasted 36 Krista days.
