The Chicken Kerfuffle of 2025 is a religious-diplomatic event that occurred after Chickenist figure Jeming Showetanya Eshyleshew denounced chicken killing in foreign nations.

Initiation & First Speech

On 21 August 2025, Hummland posted a poster to its citizens, asking them to kill any chickens they see. Carl said that if this were to continue in other nations they would declare war.

Then on 6 September 2025, Chickenist apologist Jeming Showentanya Eshyleshew denounced both Hummland and any ŋation that doesn't protect chickens in their law.

"My namesake, Jemiń of Faj, led battalions against those who were against Cotje. I will continue his legacy by speaking against those who are against chickens. Ignorance will not stand. Let all people appreciate chickens, Chickenist or not Chickenist. I speak for chickens; I speak not for Cotje the all-powerful. Do not kill." - Jeming Showentanya Eshyleshew in his speech

This divided both Chickenists and Non-Chickenists, and some speculated that Eshyleshew was secretly a follower of Tolesi Cafaceu which genuinely isn't true but seems like something people would speculate so I added it :333

Keltechra & Anaku

Keltechra responded with contempt, shaming Jeming and claiming the speech had "planted the seeds of hatred" within the Chickenist community. They had also said that their law did not explicitly prohibit the killing of chickens but did protect the law of Chickenism.

Anaku defended Eshyleshew after this, saying it was immoral to kill chickens.
