The Kyawcenni Realm is the area over which the monarch of Kyaw Cen is head of state. The realm is not a federation but is a collection of states and territories united under its monarch. The Kingdom of Kyaw Cen is an independent and sovereign state that has one federal territory (the Showhen Islands), and three associated states (Monke Island, Ŋibraltar and Pyuwa). The Kyawcenni Realm encompasses the four autonomous jurisdictions of the Kingdom of Kyaw Cen, Monke Island, Ŋibraltar and Pyuwa.

All five states and territories form a customs union and — except for the Showhen Islands, which have been represented by the Kingdom of Kyaw Cen — have signed the Compact of Free Association on 29 May 2025.
