The Apruxo-British war was a military conflict between Aprux Mexyrhat and the British Empire that started on 7th day of third week of Apxtin of Xyl of 1435 +D.

Background

British colonization of the island of Iamitat, then named Shitstone, started around the year 1359 of the Krista calendar. It was settled mainly by people from southern England that had a suspicion of being disloyal to the monarchy, and the soldiers with their famillies that were stationed in Fort Shitstone. It had minimal contact with the Sea States, only partaking in minor trade with southernmost states. British expansion did not occur, beacause of the mountainous terrain on the nearby mainland. After the Faxhylan of 1417, the new unified state of Aprux Mexyrhat became a major threat to the colony.
