Whereas, despite the reforms of §26.8, the organisation remains sluggish
Wherhas numerous member nations have informally called for the dissolution of the United Ŋations.
Whereas the projects of the organisation that is deemed useful to the greater good is, in reality, conducted by it’s offices as if they were independent.
Whereas local organisations are more suited for fostering interŋational cooperation
It is to be enacted that
Section I: Cenrail
- Article 1
- The Cenrail company is reinstated as it’s own company
Section II: The Interŋational Standards Organisations
- Article 2
- Is founded the Interŋational Standards Organisation (hereafter IŊSO). The mission of the IŊSO is to issue international standards to ease the interoperability of infrastructure accross the ŋorld.
- Article 3
- Membership of the IŊSO is voluntary, it is open not only to ŋations, but to any entity having lawful sovereignty over the applications of standards within a territory.
- Article 4
- The IŊSO shall inherit of all the roles of the Office for Codes and Document Standardisation
- Article 5
- The IŊSO shall inherit of all the roles of the Office for Monetary Affairs
- Article 6
- The IŊSO shall inherit of the normative roles of the Office of Transportation
- Article 7
- The IŊSO shall inherit the roles of the Office for Script Management
- Article 8
- Each standard managed by the IŊSO shall be supervised by a Standard Secretary
- Article 9
- Standard Secretaries of the IŊSO are to be elected by a borda count vote by and among the player members, where the election shall last 7 days.
- Article 10
- Standard Secretaries of the IŊSO can be dissmissed from their functions by a simple majority votes among the player members.
- Article 11
- Standard Secretaries can unilaterally decide to leave the post at any time
- Article 12
- Upon triggering Article 10 or Article 11, an new Standard Secretary must be elected or the standard dismissed.
- Article 13
- The organisation can create more standards by a simple majority vote. A Standard Secretary must be elected for each new standard created by such a procedure
- Article 14
- The initial standards that are inherited from the offices of the United Ŋations are:
- The Territorial Coding Scheme, of which the first Standard Secretary is to be the current officer of the Office for Codes and Document Standardisation.
- The Railway Coding Scheme, of which the first Standard Secretary is to be the current officer of the Office for Transportation.
- The Monetary Coding Scheme, of which the first Standard Secretary is to be the current officer of the Office for Monetary Affairs.
- The Uŋicode Scheme, of which the first Standard Secretary is to be the current officer of the Office for Script Management.
- Article 15
- The player members of the IŊSO can amend the workings of the organisation by a two-thirds majority vote among the player members.
Section II: The Interŋational Forum on Education, Culture and Science
- Article 16
- Is founded the International Forum on Education, Culture and Science (hereafter IFECS). The mission of the IFECS is to document and protect historical and natural sites and artifacts, as well as promote education and the advancement of Science.
- Article 17
- The IFECS is composed of Boards in charge of its various missions.
- Article 18
- Board members are to be elected by a borda count vote by and among the player members, where the election shall last 7 days.
- Article 19
- Board members can be dismissed from their functions by a simple majority vote among the player members.
- Article 20
- Board members can unilaterally decide to leave their post at any time.
- Article 21
- Upon the triggering Article 19 or Article 20, a new Board member must be elected, or a vote be held to reduce the member of members to the Board. If reducing the number of Board members for a given Board would leave the Board without member, the Board is instead dissolved.
- Article 22
- The Board for the Historical Preservation is a Board of the IFECS. It is in charge of the preservation of historical sites and artifacts

Section IV: The United Ŋations
- Article x
- The Palace of Ŋations is to be ceded to the municipality of Yija
- Article x+1
- The proper funds of the United Ŋations are to be spleat between the IŊSO and the IŊFCS
- Article x+2
- The Organisation of the United Ŋations is hereby dissolved
