Whereas, despite the reforms of §26.8, the organisation remains sluggish.

Whereas numerous member ŋations have informally called for the dissolution of the United Ŋations.

Whereas the projects of the organisation that is deemed useful to the greater good is, in reality, conducted by its offices as if they were independent.

Whereas local organisations are more suited for fostering interŋational cooperation.

It is to be enacted that:

Section I: Cenrail

Article 1

The Cenrail company is reinstated as its own entity.

Section II: The Interŋational Standards Organisations

Article 2

Is founded the Interŋational Standards Organisation (hereafter IŊSO). The mission of the IŊSO is to issue international standards to ease the interoperability of infrastructure accross the ŋorld.

Article 3

Membership of the IŊSO is voluntary, it is open not only to ŋations, but to any entity having lawful sovereignty over the applications of standards within a territory.

Article 4

The IŊSO shall inherit of all the roles of the Office for Codes and Document Standardisation.

Article 5

The IŊSO shall inherit of all the roles of the Office for Monetary Affairs.

Article 6

The IŊSO shall inherit of the normative roles of the Office of Transportation.

Article 7

The IŊSO shall inherit the roles of the Office for Script Management.

Article 8

Each standard managed by the IŊSO shall be supervised by a Standard Secretary.

Article 9

Standard Secretaries of the IŊSO are to be elected by a borda count vote by and among the player members, where the election shall last 7 days.

Article 10

Standard Secretaries of the IŊSO can be dismissed from their functions by a simple majority votes among the player members.

Article 11

Standard Secretaries can unilaterally decide to leave the post at any time.

Article 12

Upon Article 10 or Article 11 being triggered, a new Standard Secretary must be elected or the standard dismissed.

Article 13

The organisation can create more standards by a simple majority vote. A Standard Secretary must be elected for each new standard created by such a procedure.

Article 14

The initial standards that are inherited from the offices of the United Ŋations are:

• The Territorial Coding Scheme, of which the first Standard Secretary is to be the current officer of the Office for Codes and Document Standardisation;
• The Railway Coding Scheme, of which the first Standard Secretary is to be the current officer of the Office for Transportation;
• The Monetary Coding Scheme, of which the first Standard Secretary is to be the current officer of the Office for Monetary Affairs;
• The Uŋicode Scheme, of which the first Standard Secretary is to be the current officer of the Office for Script Management.

Article 15

The player members of the IŊSO can amend the workings of the organisation by a two-thirds majority vote among the player members.

Section III: The Interŋational Forum on Education, Culture and Science

Article 16

Is founded the Interŋational Forum on Education, Culture and Science (hereafter IFECS). The mission of the IFECS is to document and protect historical and natural sites and artefacts, as well as promote education and the advancement of Science.

Article 17

Membership to the IFECS is open to any entity with lawful jurisdiction over cultural and scientific policies in an area.

Article 18

The IFECS is composed of Boards in charge of its various missions.

Article 19

Board members are to be elected by a Borda count vote by and among the player members, where the election shall last 7 days.

Article 20

Board members can be dismissed from their functions by a simple majority vote among the player members.

Article 21

Board members can unilaterally decide to leave their post at any time.

Article 22

Upon Article 20 or Article 21 being triggered, a new Board member must be elected, or a vote be held to reduce the member of members to the Board. If reducing the number of Board members for a given Board would leave the Board without member, the Board is instead dissolved.

Article 23

The Board for Historical Preservation is a Board of the IFECS. It is in charge of the documentation and the publicity of the historical sites of the server.

Article 24

The Board for Environmental Preservation is a Board of the IFECS. It is in charge of advocating for the preservation of the natural environments of the world.

Article 25

The Board for Environmental Protection inherits of the seed vault of the United Ŋations office for Environmental Protection for it to keep complete care over.

Article 26

The Board for Record-keeping is a Board of the IFECS. It is in charge of recording and preserving the knowledge of the world.

Article 27

The Board for Record-keeping inherits of the United Ŋations Library and Archives.

Article 28

The Board for Higher Education is a Board of the IFECS. It is in charge of standardising the higher education diplomas accross the world.

Article 29

The initial board members of the IFECS are as follows:

• For the Board for Historical Preservation: the current officer(s) of United Ŋations Office for Education, Science and Culture;
• For the Board for Environmental Protection: the current officer(s) of the United Ŋations office for Environmental Protection;
• For the Board for Record-keeping: the current officer(s) of United Ŋations Office of the Archives;
• For the Board for Higher Education: the current officer(s) of United Ŋations Office for Education, Science and Culture.

Article 30

The player members of the IFECS can amend the workings of the forum by a two-thirds majority vote among the player members.

Section IV: The United Ŋations

Article 31

The Palace of Ŋations is to be jointly owned by the IŊSO and the IFECS to serve as headquarters.

Article 32

The proper funds of the United Ŋations are to be split equally between the IŊSO and the IFECS.

Article 33

The Organisation of the United Ŋations and all its offices is hereby dissolved.
