The Kingman Naval Base is a Xarslasja Royal Navy base located at the northernmost point in Xarslasja, Kingman Point, on Cottonwood Island, Carefree Isles County, Xarslasja.
It is notable for being the first Naval Base constructed under control of the XRN instead of the abolished Xarslasja Port Authority.
