Commissarial decrees in the Peasants' Republic of Oberia
Commissarial decrees are issued in the Peasants' Republic of Oberia by certain plenipotentiary Commissariats.
Legal framework
Oberia's commissariats are sometimes plenipotentiary, which means they can produce decrees that are integrated into the legislation of the country.
A decree can be made on a variety of subjects: granting or revoking citizenship, establishing a commune, etc.
Only constitutional commissariats are considered plenipotentiary, and as such only constitutional commissariats may issue decrees. These decrees must also be approved by the Supreme Commissar.

24/07/2024 - Declaration of independence of the Peasants' Republic of Oberia
In the name of the People and the Revolution,
The Supreme Commissar formally declares the independence of the Peasants' Republic of Oberia.
The Council of the People shall be meeting in the course of the next month to create a Constitution and to start the processus of gaining UŊ membership.
27/07/2024 - Commissarial decree on the founding of the Commune of Las Cabanetas
In the name of the People and the Revolution,
By this decree, Supreme Commissar MAGNVS formally declares the establishment of the Commune of Las Cabanetas, with the first blocks ever laid down in the country on Independence Island.
The Commune is now established as its own self-governing body within the Peasants' Republic of Oberia, which may produce its own legislation.
This shall be commemorated as the official Independence Day of the Peasants' Republic of Oberia.
09/08/2024 - Commissarial decree on the status of UŊ member
In the name of the People and the Revolution,
By this commissarial decree, Supreme Commissar MAGNVS formally declares the Peasants' Republic of Oberia as a member of the United Ŋations.
All legislation must now abide by interŋational regulations and laws edicted by the UŊ.
This shall be commemorated as the official Membership Day of the Peasants' Republic of Oberia.
09/08/2024 - Commissarial decree on the establishment of the Ŋational Reservation of Vara
In the name of the People and the Revolution,
In the light of the declarations and engagements made before the United Ŋations, Supreme Commissar MAGNVS formally declares the establishment of the Ŋational Reservation of Vara, also known in other contexts as 'Ace's house'.
This area is now protected and is not to be altered or exploited in any way by anyone.
Should the former owner of this area wish for it to be returned to them, the Peasants' Republic of Oberia shall return it without any compensation, either through total independence, sovereign association or autonomy within the Peasants' Republic of Oberia.
24/09/2024 - Commissarial decree on the founding of the First Interŋational
In the name of the People and the Revolution,
By this commissarial decree, Supreme Commissar MAGNVS declares the founding of the First Interŋational conjointly with the competent authorities in Corneria and the Floracratic Republic of Pua.
Further decrees and legislation shall be made in due circumstances about the framework of this organization.
16/10/2024 - Commissarial decree on FAR-RISC
In the name of the People and the Revolution,
By this commissarial decree, Supreme Commissar MAGNVS officially establishes the Fichèr per l'Analisi dels Riscs - Reaccion, Intervencion, Susvelhança, Contraespionatge.
The FAR-RISC is in charge of monitoring the Nivèus de Vigilància and the Fichèr de las Personas Susvelhadas.
14/12/2024 - Commissarial decree on the establishment of the Commune of Plaja Suava
In the name of the People and the Revolution,
By this commissarial decree, Supreme Commissar MAGNVS formally declares the establishment of the Commune of Plaja Suava, in the region of Finistèrra.
The Commune is now established as its own self-governing body within the Peasants' Republic of Oberia, which may produce its own legislation.
29/01/2025 - Commissarial decree on the reactivation of the First Interŋational and its refoundation into the Interŋational Workers' Association
In the name of the People and the Revolution,
By this commissarial decree, Supreme Commissar MAGNVS declares the refoundation of the First Interŋational and the continuity of Oberia's membership into its successor organization, the Interŋational Workers' Association.
The decree also establishes the Comitat Revolucionari Centrau Obèrian, which is the central organ through which all authorized political bureaux and unions are represented in the Interŋational Workers' Congress.
29/01/2025 - Commissarial decree on the citizenship of Suqi
In the name of the People and the Revolution,
By this commissarial decree, Supreme Commissar MAGNVS officially grants Suqi the status of Oberian citizen.
They are now endowed with the rights and duties of every Oberian citizen and may freely work, build and live in the country.
