Emily Felnen is a Zju'an politician. She leads the legislative branch of the temporary government of Hiso Zju'a and is the main writer of the republic's first consitution. She can speak English and Ukrainian.
Biography
Emily Felnen was born with her sister Emilia in Northwest Zju'a to a rich family of land owners Amanda and Lilith Felnen. Along her sister she grew up there, getting education in the local school and from private tutoring.
In 2026 she, along with Sylvia Masela and Mary Killingsworth, founded Hiso Zju'a as an unified republic by writing the ŋation's constitution.
