The Directorate of Mziuri, also known as South Arbustivum (Regnate Latin: ARBVSTÍℲVM AOSTRÁLE [ɐrbʊsˈtiːwʊ̃ ao̯sˈtraːlɛ], Tosï: Ziícínasá Aṕociéuo Ziícínasá Aṕociéuo /ʒɨkˈnaso abuˈt͡ʃiwu/, Hebrew: דרום ארבוסטיוום Drom Arbustivum [dʀom aʀbusˈtivum], Viossa: Sud-Arbustivumlant, Mziurilant, T'ansholubi: მზიურიი mziúrii) was a three-way condominium between Latium Regnātum, Vilantnen, and the CMCic Federation, now between Vilantnen and T'anshilebs located south of the former two's co-protectorate of Arbustivum, hence the name. It was established as a condominium with T'anshilebs for a building project. On 31 March 2025, a rebel by the name of Johanés Bavméźyn overthrew the Directors' government to establish a new country. Vilantnen and T'anshilebs still recognise Mziuri as a condominium while supporters of Bavméźyn recognise Mziuri as an independent state.
Geography
Mziuri is made of 2 main islands and a couple smaller islands around it. The main island is Dźonglant (T'ansholubi: ჯონგლანტი jónglanti) and the smaller one east of it is called Ćawanlant (ჭავანლანთი ch'ávanlanti). The capital is K'vgeba (კვგება k'vgéba) located on Ćawanlant, however a bigger city is being developed on Dźonglant called Mziuri City.

Mziuri city is divided into 3 sections, Upper Mziuri, Lower Mziuri and Lowest Mziuri. Lowest Mziuri is an ancient city that appears to have been looted by someone before it was discovered by sq.
Pre-CMCxplosion
Nothing. Like, literally, nothing of note was done there.
Post-CMCxplosion
On 9 Feb 2025, following the CMCxplosion, theidealist gave the land of South Arbustivum to sq, who then made a condominium with Lambda. A connection to the Mountain Line was made the following day.
Johanés Bavméźyn's Pseudo-Takeover
Utilizing independence movements across Mziuri, Johanés Bavméźyn rose to power as a revolutionary, and soon after declared the Independent State of Mziuri. However, this takeover was a ploy by Vilantnen and T'anshilebs to quell the population. Along with this, Bavméźyn was a highly corrupt politician, and saw no problem in receiving bribes from "private parties" which happened to be foreign governments traceable to Vilantnen and T'anshilebs. This was the status quo, until the public got word of this clear betrayal by their leader. Bavméźyn was soon after deposed and, in the chaos afterwards, Vilantnen and T'anshilebs took this opportunity to return Mziuri to non-sovereign condominium status.
Vilantnen-Sq's Territories Transitionary Period
After the announcement by sq that Vilantnen would be renamed to Sq's Territories, along with the subsequent ceding of many territories to other ngations and Terra Nullius, Mziuri is now a territory of T'anshilebs, being ruled locally by sq as Senator, appointed because of their many contributions to the area and old ruling relations.
