Rikako Fuluísha (Rokadong: [ɾi'kako fulu'i:ʃɐ]) is the founder of Palontana 47. She is a spiritspeaker, with her patron being a kawil daughter of Ampáya named Shuwu (Rokadong: Shuqu ['ʃu.u]).
Actions
They are the perpetrators of the Yuyancika incident, which resulted in the founding of a "Black Sun cult" that syncretizes elements of Yukacan related to Senetovénia with the idea of rinascura and related concepts. Rikako predicted, and Shuwu agreed, that the Lich Doge would return before he actually did, considered the lich to be Senetovénia himself, and likened him to the Draconian idea of the Flame Reaver.[2] Shuwu then, with Rikako's approval, started to find reasons to fire people from Palontana 47 who were not at least open to the option that Senetovénia had descended.
Since then, the following she amassed has declared a name: the Ruviraza Felyúkatan, or "Black Sun Temple". Rikako denies being directly involved with this organization, but she and Shuwu have funneled money into it; Shuwu also claims to be a member.
