The Constitution of Lavvakcesaa

Preamble

This document is a testament to the rights and abilities of the people of Lavvakcesaa and to ensure equal rights and opportunities.

1. Right to bodily autonomy

I.

Every person and individual will have equal opportunity and right to express themselves and be able to modify themselves as they so wish, whether by psyche or by physical means, without restriction. No person shall be obligated to be bound with another whether physically or physiologically.

II.

A person also is permitted to speak as they wish, so long as it does not hinder the psychological autonomy of another person. Hate speech on other people by race, gender, sexuality, or other means of marginalizing or degradation by distinguishing external or internal differences between people(s) shall not be permitted in this state.

III.

No person shall have the right to remove the bodily autonomy of other people. Whether by means of ending a persons right to life, or by will to live. Action (or lack thereof) that directly or indirectly inhibits bodily autonomy will be impermissible and punishable.

IV.

Prosecution shall be focused on rehabilitation to ensure the right and will to live for the people. Prosecuted people(s) will still have access to the rights of this amendments, however, The rehabilitation process may include the removal of some rights; up until the justifiable extent of the criminal.
