Paz Kiiam, officially the Second Federation of Paz Kiiam, often shortened to PK, was a nation located in two different continents: Leporia (continent) and Tardigradia It was founded on 24 April 2025 at 2:30AM UTC by Rivulé Rainworld. It was a member of the Far Eastern Rail and Road Association, Pelagic Zone and the United Ŋations. It was dissolved on 28 March, 2026, following Rivulé's banning from Nguhcord. It was reïnstated as the Second Federation of Paz Kiiam on 21 April, 2026, after Rivulé was unbanned.

History (In Lore)

Prehistory

Prior to the establishment of a state, Lansapol was primarily inhabited by the Kiiami, Nahi, and Semili peoples. The Nahi were the dominant cultural group in the region for most of history, and inhabited the regions surrounding modern-day Lansapol.

At around 2500 B.P. (before present), the Kiiami began to spread east into Lansapol, pushing the Nahi into the extremities of the region and replacing them as the dominant cultural group. There was, however, significant intermixing between the two cultures.

Antiquity

Following the alleged enlightenment of St. Tuesday at 452 B.P., the first beginnings of a state began in Paz Kiiam. The Church of St. Tuesday was founded shortly after, and was the de-facto nation-state of the region. In 397 B.P. the Kiiam Holy State was founded, officialising the control of the Church over the region.

Kingdom of Paz Kiiam

In [TBD] the Church began to be seen as incompetent, and the various nobles present in the region were dissatisfied at the Church consistently ignoring them in their policy-making. This lead to the First Kiiamic Civil War, which lasted for around a decade and saw the Rainworld Dynasty placed into power.

Modern Day

In the 2000s, the Monarchy began implementing many policies that purely benefitted the rich upper class and ignored problems in the ŋation such as the numerous crop failures and diseases that had occurred. This caused feelings of dissatisfaction with the Monarchy. Numerous influential political figures began meeting in secret to discuss overthrowing the current Princeps, Zhe Rainworld. This culminated in the January Revolution in 2018, which saw widespread strikes and riots across the nation. The revolutionary forces were mostly disorganised and fought amongst each other, until in 2020 Rivulé Rainworld (The Princeps' Daughter and Heir Apparent) offered to help organise the revolutionaries, provide legitimacy to the future government of Paz Kiiam, and supply equipment and military forces from the Royal Military.

In 2024, Zhe Rainworld finally abdicated the throne to Rivulé following the conquest of Lansapol by the revolutionary forces. Rivulé subsequently founded the Federation of Paz Kiiam in early 2025, giving the revolutionary forces full permission to organise the ŋation however they desired, so long as she maintained her position of Princeps until death or abdication in order to "ensure national stability".

In 2025, the first elections were held.

In 2026, the Paati Ni Tsutaw, with assistance from the Si Ka Paati and numerous far-right paramilitary groups, performed a coup d'état on the government in the early hours of the morning. They held President Noelle Kaina hostage and declared the New Kingdom of Paz Kiiam with Rivulé Rainworld as its Princeps and autocrat. The NKPK held control of Lansapol for around 10 days, until it was recaptured by the Federation of Paz Kiiam on the 17th of February.

Following the February Coup, the Presidium ordered a rewriting of the 2025 Constitution. Additionally, Rivulé Rainworld was pardoned of her crimes.

On 28 March, 2026, every person in Paz Kiiam mysteriously vanished without a trace. Why and how this happened is unknown.

On 21 April, 2026, Rivulé, Shelf, and Sillychair reäppeared in Paz Kiiam, and Paz Kiiam was subsequently reïnstated.

History (Out-of-Lore)

On 24 April 2025, Paz Kiiam was founded north of Adaria. Here, Rivulé built a Cenrail station, a small farm, and a couple of houses.

On 25 April 2025, Paz Kiiam was admitted into the Far Eastern Rail and Road Association

On 11 May 2025, Paz Kiiam expanded its borders for the first time and claimed Länśapol, which at the time consisted of a small village, a cherry blossom, and a flower forest. A few hours later, she expanded the claim to also include the birch forest to the south of Lansapol with the justification of it being a "very nice place". In the following weeks and months, Lansapol was developed further, with farms, animal pens and houses being built. A large amount of deforestation also occured.

On 7 June 2025, Lansapol was renamed from Şçśćšźlänśapol to Länśapol.

On 6 July 2025, Paz Kiiam expanded to include Hänaz Island, following an agreement to split it with Wánade. Historians are unsure why this happened.

At some point, a railway line between Lansapol and Citadel Island was completed.

On 14 September 2025, the Lansapol government building finished construction. This was the first official government building in Paz Kiiam, and marked an official shift of the center of power to Lansapol from what was then-called mainland Paz Kiiam.

On 22 October 2025, Paz Kiiam expanded once again, claiming Papua Ŋew Guiŋea & the Microŋesian Isles. Control of mainland Paz Kiiam was also relinquished, causing Lansapol to be the new capital of Paz Kiiam.

On 5 November 2025, the Paz Kiiam parliament completed construction.

On 7 November 2025, Paz Kiiam held its first elections.

On 28 March 2026, Rivulé Rainworld was banned from Nguhcord, and all people in Paz Kiiam instantly vanished without a trace.

Citizens

Paz Kiiam had three player citizens: Rivulé Rainworld, Sq, and Diversity. There were also a multitude of non-player citizens, as all animals within Paz Kiiam were given legal rights.

Politics

Parliament

Paz Kiiam was governed by a Presidium and a House of Representatives. The House of Representatives was elected via Single Transferable Vote, and so was the President. The Presidium was made up of the President, the Vice President, and the Territory Ministers.

Prior to dissolving, Noelle Kaina of the PNS was President, and the PNS held most seats in the House of Representatives. However, due to the declaration of a State of Emergency following the February Coup, the House of Representatives was currently inactive and only the Presidium can legislate.

There were six registered political parties in Paz Kiiam prior to dissolution.

Paati Ni Sosialisim

The Paati Ni Sosialism, or PNS for short, was a left-leaning progressive political party. They advocated for heavy government regulation of companies, a planned economy, protection of democracy, and improving worker's rights. They were lead by Noelle Kaina, and held the majority of seats in the House of Representatives.

Paati Ni Kowmin

The Paati Ni Kowmin, or PNKo for short, was a center-right political party. They advocated for a weaker federal government, instead giving more freedoms to individual territories; preservation of traditional values; and investment into rural regions.

Si Ka Paati

The Si Ka Paati, or SKP for short, also know as the One Party, was a right-leaning nationalist political party. They advocated for a stronger federal government, giving more power to the Presidium and President, preservation of traditional values, nationalism, anti-globalism, and anti-gulfiocentralism. In February of 2026, they helped the PNT to coup the government. The SKP members involved in the coup were trialled and banned from participating in politics, which includes the party leader Maikel Tuesday.

Paati Ni Kuopalasion

The Paati Ni Kuopalasion, or PNKu for short, was a center-left-leaning political party who generally aligned with the PNS or PNKo. They advocated for further coöperation with interŋational partners, improvement of previously soured relations with ŊATO and the Gulf Union, Kiiamic involvement in international organisations, and Kiiamic funding of pro-democracy and pro-human rights movements worldwide.

tsutawlete!

tsutawlete!, also know as the No Kings Party (NKP) was a far-left anarchist political party. They advocated for little to no governmental power, large personal freedoms, and the abolishment of the monarchy and related institutions.

Paati Ni Tsutaw

The Paati Ni Tsutaw, or PNT for short, was a far-right monarchist political party. They advocated for the reëstablishment of the old system of monarchy and the abolishment of a significant amount of democratic institutions in favour of placing more power in a monarch. In February of 2026, they orchestrated a coup and all members were subsequently trialed and banned from participating in politics.

Paz Kiiam was divided into many territories. These territories were then further subdivided.

Foreign Relations

Paz Kiiam had a 5-tier reference system for countries representing the diplomatic standing of various nations with Paz Kiiam. It was maintained by the Directorate of Foreign Affairs. This had absolutely no bearing on anything, because Paz Kiiam is a friendly country and does not let negativity guide their diplomacy. If a country is listed separately from an interngational organisation listed on the tier, its position overwrites the organisation's position. Following the Disappearance of Rivulé Rainworld & Paz Kiiam, everyone was placed into tier 1.
