Todoian (Itsoikt: Tódoian /to˩˧.doɪ̯.an/), formerly known as Sodoyam, is the capital and largest city of Oressia with a special administrative status located in the east of the country. It was established on the same day as Oressia was founded (June 30th, 2024). It currently has only one permanent citizen, the president of Oressia, Orest. It currently does not have an official flag and banner, but those are scheduled to be designed soon. It is bordered to the north by the Kezlai department and the Theuna department to the south.
