Theuna, natively known as Ṭēuna /ˈθɛʊ̯˥.na/, historically known as The Outskirts, is a civil department of Oressia. It currently does not have an administrative center, rather is temporarily externally administered by Todoian. It only shares one border with the aforementioned city of Todoian to the north.
History
Theuna was established on the same day as Oressia (June 30th, 2024) under the name of The Outskirts. It was subsequently renamed on August 16th as part of the August Territorial Expansion, along with its borders being adjusted.
