Todoian, natively known as Tódoian /ˈto˩˧.doɪ̯.an/, formerly known as Sodoyam, is the capital and largest city of Oressia with a special administrative status located in the east of the country. It currently has only one permanent registered citizen, the president of Oressia, Orest. It is bordered to the north by the Kezlai department and the Theuna department to the south.

History
Todoian was established on the same day as Oressia (June 30th, 2024) as Sodoyam. It was renamed following the July 31st linguistic transition which switched the official language of Oressia. Its borders were expanded as part of the August Territorial Expansion.
