MápabaL is a country located east of Kozdenen and west of Enkavak ruled by Overseer General Lily. It is a founding member of the Gulf Union, and hosts its headquarters in the city of BaLbeL (MápabaL's capital).

History

MápabaL was founded by Lily on 07/01/2025 or the 2/1/0 of the Era of The Founding in the MápabaLa calendar system. In its early days MápabaL had governmental offices for maintaining infrastructure, building housing, banking and military, all of which has been outsourced to M. Holdings and its subsidiaries.

Political System

Politics in MápabaL are regarded as every citizen's duty to her ngation. Any citizen may propose and vote on laws and policies, however an Overseer has the power to veto any decisions made by such a vote within her jurisdiction. Voting may be used to remove elected members of the government from office. The only non-elected members of the government are the Overseers and Branch Heads (unofficially referred to as High Command), who are instead nominated by the Overseer General.

Currencies

While MápabaL accepts and commonly uses the Kaema it also has its own unique type of currency called the Personal Agreement Trade (or PAT). A PAT is a legally binding document, in which one agrees to provide a good or a service at a later date. This document must:

• Be written using a book and quill and be signed by the provider (copies are not allowed)
• Include the full name and Identification Number of the provider
• Include the date of signing (in the MápabaLa calendar system) and the use-by date.
