Maraśa SArAmA [ⁿbɐrɐʃɐ], formally the Queendom of Maraśa rmonItu NSArAmA [ⁿbɐrɐʃɐɲ tunɪmɑːr], is a country located south of Phoeŋix and north of Zotazil. It is theoretically part of the Continent of Greater Ŋәri2na, although in practice most of the nation is located below the waters of the Nalinakal Sea, and its only natural land area are three islands, the northwestern Earth Island, southwestern Nature Island, and eastern Sun Island.

Etymology

In Śácamþań mythology, Maraśa is a type of afterlife realm inhabited by immortal mermaids (Śarac TrASA). It has been compared to Atlantis or Elysium. This name was applied to the nation due to its location being largely underwater. In the same vein, the capital is Śaracþáw wzoTrASA ‘City of Mermaids’, while the land above it is Qáłqinþáw wzon//iqLqo ‘City of Mortals’.
