Krīpetēpla

Krīpetēpla (Krīpoti:  Krīpetēpla /kriː.peˈteː.pla/), formally the High Kingdom of Krīpetēpla (Krīpoti:   Łamēhkrīplasa Krīpetēpla), is a country in Hlambigla.

Name

The name Krīpetēpla comes from Krīpoti  Krīpet, meaning "people", and  pla, which today means refuge but in the past used to mean "land", (ē is an epenthetic vowel), and so the name can be translated as "the land of the people".

In English, the name can be written as Krīpetēpla, Kriipeteepla or Kripetepla, though its government always uses the first.

Flag and banner

The flag of Krīpetēpla is made of three equal horizontal bands (light blue, yellow and red) and a green circle in the middle. The Constitution of Krīpetēpla specifies the colors as:

• Maya blue (RGB: #73C2FB)
• Gold (RGB: #FFD700)
• Crimson red (RGB: #DC143C)
• Kelly green (RGB: #4CBB17).

Additionally, the Constitution also specifies the size of the circle, which must have the diameter equal to ¼ of the height, and the ratio of the flag, which is the golden ratio (φ ≈ 1.618).

The banner follows an analogous pattern, with the colors being replaced with light blue, yellow, red and lime.

Krīpetēpla is an elective monarchy, and all government positions are elected through elections by all citizens in age of consent. All federal positions are elected by approval voting (members of the Federal Council and the National Assembly) and score voting (Prime Minister and High King), unless a dorvahkoh has a specific electoral law that overrides the federal one, in which case the members of the National Assembly for that dorvahkoh are elected according to the regional electoral law.

The most important legal document in Krīpetēplan law is the Constitution, which was approved on 2 July 2025.

Administration

Krīpetēpla adopts a federal system, and as such it's divided into multiple federal subjects. Most areas are part of a dorvahkoh, the main first level division, except for the capital, which as per the Constitution constitutes its own federal subject (the Federal District of Krīpahra). The Constitution also allows the government to give important cities the Federal Autonomous City status, which is another type of first level subdivision, but currently no city has been given this privilege.

Federal subjects have a fairly large degree of autonomy, and are able to make laws about almost anything, as long as they don't conflict with the provisions of the Constitution. One of the main limitations is the exclusive control of the government over the monetary and defense policies, although every dorvahkoh usually has limited control over a very small army to deal with emergencies. Taxation laws are defined at federal level, but they provide room for the federal subjects to change the exact parameters within a certain range.

Infrastructure

Krīpetēplan infrastructure is notoriously extremely undeveloped, to the point of being almost non-existing, but the situation is quickly improving.

After months of the ŋation only being accessible only by venturing in the wilderness, on 2 July 2025 the Cenrail station of Krīpetēpla (located in the capital Krīpahra) opened to public together with the first connection to the outside world. As such, it is now reachable through the Northern line from Popcorn, a segment ~1800 blocks long and whose travel time is less than 17 seconds. The Krīpetēpla-Hweru Cada connection (also on the Northern line) was opened a month later.

As an effort to improve the current situation, on 06/06/2025 the Krīpetēplan Ministry of Transport launched QPK (    Qsosatorek zea Pihosie Krīpetēplat, English: Krīpetēplan Infrastructure and Transport), a State-owned company with the aim to build and maintain roads and railway connections throughout the entire country. On the same day, the company started working on roads in Krīpahra, which had no roads before that time.

On 15/06/2025 the first Royal Road (K1) was built, and official guidelines and naming standard were enstablished:

• Royal Roads must always be at least three blocks wide, and outside of cities they should be at least five blocks wide.
• Roads must always have a clean space above ground level of at least 3.5 blocks.
  • Inside cities this requirement is lowered at 2.5 blocks, with a suggested space of 3.5 blocks.
• Roads must have no blocks with a light level lower than 6.
• Roads must be easy to traverse, featuring slabs or stairs to make sure jumping is not needed.
• Roads must abide to all UŊ resolutions.
• Naming scheme is K (standing for  krīpla, Krīpoti for "king" and "royal") followed by a number.
  • Odd numbers are used for west to east roads, while even numbers are used for north to south ones.

Currently, Krīpahra, Qsosaqe'āmo, and Nēhqsosa are all connected by Royal Roads (the K1 and the K2), while Itłihadz is still isolated.
