Carl, usually going by Octothorpe, is, was, and/or may be a Nguhcrafter who currently lives in Tocjaǵa Śahan.
Prior to their settlement on Crask Beach, Carl played the characters of Carl Cafaceu and Tolesi Cafaceu and[3] was the leader of Tanylezi until it was auctioned off to Fin.
