Halen Carl Horatio Jesus Cafaceu, PhD, ScD, MD, Esq.[1] (Aparatas: Halen Carl Horasio Dzisys Cafaceu) is a Tanylezi musician who also just so happened to found and rule the nation.

Biography
Carl spawned on 6 July 2024 at Spawn. After illegally settling in Enkavak, they founded Tanylezi with Tolesi Cafaceu.
Tolesi and Carl had a falling out, and now Carl rules alone with a grudge towards Tolesi.[2]
On the 15th of November 2024, Cafaceu went missing.
Many have attributed this to the Letters to Carl Cafaceu, but no concrete evidence exists.
And then they came back; nobody really knows when[3], but it's documented in The Chicken Bible.
