Chielbary [ˈkjɛlbɑˌɹu] (Kozramva: Khiee Uṽarʉ /xie̞ː uᵐβarɨ/, Esketuvių: Kyelbary /xʲelbaɾɨ/) is an autonomous district of Kozdenen ruled by sq. It was founded on 21 October 2025. It borders MápabaL to the north, Araçana to the southwest, the Gulf of Kozdenen to the west and the Ngasekaiv to the south. It has maritime borders with the United Ildorgear State. It is recognised as an independent state by some ŋations, such as Caluta.

Geography
Chielbary is made of a taiga in the northwest, beaches on the east and west coast and birch and normal forests in the central area. There was a gulf in the southern areas but it has since been reclaimed. Chielbary was historically a very hilly place, however extensive terraforming works have been conducted to flatten the area for use. The G9 and G6 pass through Chielbary as Gulf Street (Golfstraße) and Main Street (Hauptstraße) respectively.

Early 2025: sq has concepts of a "New Kozdenen"
2/10/2025: sq claims 2 islets south of MápabaL as Chielbary.
11/10/2025: Chielbary is accepted into the Gulf Union.
20/10/2025: Chielbary finishes rebuilding the G9 and G6.
