Marcy I
Quing Marcy I of Kyaw Cen, personally Marcy Sheikah, is a Kyawcenni politician serving as the current head of state of Kyaw Cen.
Skin
Her skin is based on Sheik, a character from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, but modified to have green eyes. In that game, Sheik was later revealed to actually be a girl (Zelda). This look was initially chosen in 2021, based on the name "Sheikah". Ironically, Marcy only discovered she was trans about a year later.
