Gulf Council

The Gulf Council is the supreme legislative and executive authority of the Gulf Union, comprised of representatives from each of the member ŋations. It is be headed by the Chief Commissioner, currently Pleb, responsible for overseeing the general functioning of the Union, who is elected by and among the members of the Gulf Council. The laws established through the Council are binding to the member ŋations.
