The Hummlandic Libertarian Progressive Party, or HLPP, is a defunct political party in the Kingdom of Hummland. The HLPP seeked to found a Hummlandic Diarchy of the Quing and a new co-leader, titled the "Vopuli" (portmanteau of Vox Populi).
