The Diplomatic Reference Index of the City of Yetch Bay (Occitan: Indici Diplomatic de Referéncia de la Ciutat de la Baia d’Òjo), often abbreviated to IDRCBO is an index representing the diplomatic standing of various nations with the City, published by the Office of State of the City.
The index is split into 8 numbered tiers:
- Aliat pròche (Close Ally): Ŋations which the City considers it’s closest partners economically and militarily.
- Aliat (Ally): Ŋations with which the City works with regularly.
- Amical (Friendly): Ŋations the city has good relations with.
- Neutre (Neutral): Ŋations to which the city is ambivalant, or with which the city has few relations.
- Mesfisant (Distrustful): Ŋations that the city doesn't trust diplomatically.
- Tenut (Tense): Ŋations with tense relations with the city
- Enemic (Enemy): Ŋations the City considers enemy on the political scale.
- Ostil (Hostile): Ŋations the city is either at war with or with an exceptionally bad diplomatic relation.
The status of a Ŋation on the index informs the ease of travel to the City:
- Citizens of Ŋations with an index lesser than or equal to 3 have greatly simplified entry procedures and are eligible to obtain a visa on arrival.
- Citizens of Ŋations with an index greater than or equal to 6 have heightened scrutiny during travel applications
- Citizens of Ŋations with an index of 8 are forbidden entry.

- ↑ The relations between Adnar and Imerchal are soured mostly due to repeated attempt from Adnar to interfere with the politics of the District of Minaro-Cohasia.
- ↑ This is the Federation of Paz Kiiam, the City doesn't recognise the New Kingdom. If the New Kingdom were to be recognised, it would be in index 8, due to breaking the Baarzenstad accords.
