The Mad Atlantic Research Alliance (MARA) is an alliance between Enkavak and the Realm of Madness in order to mutually assist each other's research into time and timelines. Initial interest began when the Time Party of Madness formed and began studying temporal anomalies that have become more frequent in the ŋorld. Enkavak proposed an alliance to the Realm of Madness who accepted after hearing Enkavak's progress in "interdimensional travel" and "highly powerful 3D rotational logic and information creation," also because they have a lot of money.
The Treaty for MARA was signed and went into effect on 21 October 2024, stating the following:
An alliance between Enkavak and the Realm of Madness to partner in investigating and researching temporal anomalies.
The two ŋations will work in secrecy, with information being exclusive to the magistrates of Enkavak, Senators of Enkavak, all ministries of Enkavak that are involved (this includes following people at the time of writing: Namnak Xhesas Geaumi Ŋaemvaimaiinii Mavellikino, Geminus Strategus Inglytus, and Some Simvak Orriki Namnakkui Gallŋavino), Šœ́hag as representative of Namnak, and Suqi.
Any new members must be accepted by all 5 members listed here. All parties must be notified of any changes in position that affect this collaboration.
Furthermore, Enkavak and the Realm of Madness are never to declare war on each other during the extent of this alliance. Enkavak and the Realm of Madness are also to not declare war on each other's allies if the cause of the war is seen as invalid.
Failure to abide by this treaty will result in the non-violating party declaring war on the violating party if they desire. This treaty will last until one of the 5 listed members no longer wishes for it to be valid.
