Observatori Watcherion I, known more by the nickname Obby, is the unofficial mascot for observer states of the United Ŋations. They can be found standing on the upper floor among the banners of observer ŋations with a sign on their torso that reads "Hello I am Obby the mascot for United Ŋations Observer States". Despite their instance on being a "mascot" for observer ŋations, their mascothood has not been deemed official and thus not representative of the UŊ.
