Payson (Arodjun: Peissun) is a small village located in the small patch of forest at the southeastern edge of mainland Xarslasja, south of Tempe. It is home to approximately 8 villagers and its main industries are herding and banner-making. In contrast to the architecture of the desert regions of Xarslasja, Payson's buildings are mostly domes and tunnels made of dirt. An entire district of the town is entirely underground in a section of a cavern.
It is named after the real-world town of Payson, Arizona.
