Pihitians are an ethnographic group of Puans who are native to the ethnocultural and linguistic region of Pihi which makes up the entirety of the state within Pua. Pihitians are culturally distinct from Puans and speak a dialect of English called Pihitian or Pihitian-English.
Etymology
The name began as an exonym from Puans but rapidly overtook the native endonym due to Puan cultural domination after Pihi was absorbed into the predecessor state that would eventually become the Blossomic Empire of Pua.
