Project Phoeŋix-Oressia, natively known as Xemiuhbæzdci, was a project started by Oressian president Orest I (oresttheproto) on July 2nd, 2024 to construct a new Cenrail line from Phoeŋix to Oressia connecting the country to the railway network. With the construction of the Oressian Transversal line, two new stations will also be built: a station in Oressia and a station in Guam 2, a notable spot to do with Nguhcraft Spring. The entire new tunnel is split into 3 sections, all three respectively named Section 1, Section 2 and Section 3, with Section 1 being the shortest one. Each section is separated by a turn, so Section 1 separates Phoeŋix and the 1st turn, Section 2 separates turns 1 & 2 whilst also being split by the Guam2 station and Section 3 separates turn 2 and Oressia. Section 1 is an underground tunnel, whilst Section 2 and Section 3 were ultimately decided to be above ground to cut costs and time spent.
Timeline
July 2nd, 2024: The project is started.
July 4th, 2024: Excavation of Section 1 is completed. Construction of Section 2 started later that day.
July 7th, 2024: Project is postponed.

July 17th, 2024: The construction of the first bridge from Phoeŋix to Guam 2 begins. Construction of the bridge concludes the same day.
July 23rd, 2024: Section 2 is completed entirely. Construction of Section 3 resumes soon after since it had been partially built for convenience earlier.
July 26th-27th, 2024: Section 3 is completed entirely. The project is coming close to completion. Half of the railway line is now usable as powered rails have been placed on one half. The rest of the line is fitted with powered rails over the next couple of days.
The Guam 2 station as seen from above.July 30th, 2024: Construction of the Guam 2 railway station is completed. The railway extension is also renamed to the Oressian Transversal Line (OTL), replacing its former name: the Phoeŋix-Oressia Line.
The Sodoyam Cenrail Station inside.July 31st, 2024: Construction of the Sodoyam station starts and ends the same day. Project Phoeŋix-Oressia is formally completed. The opening ceremony is held later that day.
