Sunken Isles

The Sunken Isles (Italian: Isole Sommerse, Morytian: Shÿljakü ) were a territory controlled by The Fishdom of Fishland claimed by Xtrakva.

History

The Sunken Isles were the place where the original Xtrakvan colonists arrived from; Xtravka uses this ancestral origin as a claim to the islands.

Dispute

While Fishland owned the isles, Xtrakva disputed her ownership and claimed the isles are rightfully Xtrakvan, based on an ancestral claim. The isles were uninhabited, except for military personeel from both nations. On September 21st, 2024, an international crisis erupted between Fishland and Xtrakva regarding the ownership of the isles. Xtrakva agreed that the isles were to be treated as part of Fishland but did not give up its claim.
