Wandri Quai was a Ŋahuan Seholist priest who served as the rosi of Ŋahu. Following their disappearance the day prior, they were found to have self-immolated on Earth Island, Maraśa in protest of the execution of Rauratoshanian diplomat Asánraho on October 2, 2025.[1]
Early Life
Wandri Quai lived in Ateguas, Anaqw. They maintained an air of secrecy surrounding their birth, and so its circumstances remain unknown.
Priesthood
Wandri Quai became a priest at the Rindauh temple, before transferring to the temple in Ŋahu. Later, they became the youngest rosi in the world when they ascended to the position of Rosi of Ŋahu. During their tenure as a Seholist priest, and later as the rosi of Ŋahu, Quai became known for their compassion for those in need.[2]
Disappearance and Death
On October 1, 2025, Wandri Quai went missing. They left behind five letters, each of them at a different temple across the Ŋorld, with a letter each in Rindauh, Chalmosique, Kozdenen, Uģeļța, and Araçana. Combining the encoded messages revealed the phrase "NORTH FROZE LANDS BLACK STONE SPIRE." A search party formed by the Araçanni and Imerchali governments managed to locate a blackstone spire in terra nullius in the far north-east, surrounded by ice spikes, below which lay a sixth letter, detailing Quai’s plans to become one with Sehol. Simultaneously, their charred body, still standing in a praying position, was found on the shore of Earth Island in Maraśa. Items and writings collected from the scene by Araçanni officials are now located in the Temple of Sehol in Araçana, along with the letter to Rosi Sudubigu i-Pe.
