Cottonwood Island is the second-northernmost island in the Carefree Isles, located in Carefree Isles County, Xarslasja.
It is home to the Verde Jungle National Forest (boundaries yet to be defined as of January 2025), and also features the Ash Fork CenRail Station and the Kingman Naval Base, all of which can be accessed already via Ash Fork Road from Anthem.
Just north of Cottonwood Island is a sunken ship and the Crown King Condominium, shared between Xarslasja and Þunan Qumreá.
