Šœ́hag is the leader of a small ŋation north of The Old Citadel. Their first contact with other ŋations was when Namnak Xhesas was on the Citadel Island in behalf of the UŊESCO. After Xhesas, the leader of Enkavak, connected with the people of that ŋation, he allowed Šœ́hag to represent Enkavak in interŋational diplomacy.
