Carl Cafaceu
Carl "Octothorpe" Cafaceu of Tanylezi, PhD, known colloquially as Carl, Thorpe, Octothorpe, very rarely "8", and dear god anything but "Octo", is a Tanylezi musician who also just so happened to found and rule the nation.
Biography
After mining iron near spawn and unintentionally settling in Enkavak, Cafaceu tamed a cat named Rupert and settled in what is now Tocoselesi on the 14th of July 2024. They would go on to found Los Pollos Hermanos on the 18th of July 2024.
On the 29th of July 2024, Cafaceu would find Rupert on a trip to get iron in Kozdenen.
On the 9th of August 2024, Tanylezi was accepted into the United Ŋations. Cafaceu said "Yippee!"
