The Pleten Oblast is one of the 13 federal subjects that make up East Pua. It is designated 5 in the state code index of East Pua despite being established on the same day as Kanga Metropolitan, Siniyrekaskaya Oblast, Lepestokluga Oblast and Ŋerlin Metropolitan.
Pleten Oblast sits in the relative center of Pua. It includes land inherited from Amuj after the Amujxplosion.
