Keltechra

Keltechra (/kɛlˈtɛtʃɹə/, Adirni: Kelțețra /kɛlˈt͡ʃet͡ʃrʲæ/, Meiaromana Cheltera /kɪlˈtɛrɐ/) is a nation in southeastern Thasusa. It shares borders with Nāroňpār to the northwest, Aylongam to the west, and Xtrakva to the south.

History

All of Keltechra's territory was previously under the administration of Fishland. The most important settlement was Tarpoenstad, the former capital of Fishland. After its dissolution in the Ŋeicide, the land was donated to Þunan Qumreá as per Elisa's request. Upon the disbanding of Þunan Qumreá on 25 February 2025, and after the subsequent claims on former ÞQ territory, much of former Fishland remained terra nullius, including the area that was to become Keltechra.

The eastern end of the area, which was to become Raln, was first settled in by cinthyr during their search for unclaimed land. After learning of the prior settlements of the Northern Plains and Tarpoenstad, they claimed the land the same day, 3 September 2025. The biggest immediate priority was connecting Raln to the rest of the country and of the world; the Leshrail Molten Line extension was completed by 5 September, and by 9 September Raln had been connected to Tarpoenstad and the Northern Plains - and therefore to the rest of the Cenrail network.
