Rutinde I
Qòhééhiséneküükúhooqàsétò Rutinde I, also rendered as Lutrinae I, is the Pirate Lord of Hentzo and head of the Natzazaa Fleet. They have never been seen in person, but instead operate through their Governors, which currently comprises 13 individuals. It is currently unknown how these governors are appointed or even arrive in Hentzo.
Skin
As Rutinde has never been seen in person, it is difficult to know what their skin is. However, their Governors' skins vary in style and quality from Misha's flat textures to Aventurine's intricate detail.
