Good Charitable County

The Good Charitable County was an area in the Evil Scamming Country that was jokingly claimed by Hummland. There were some areas within the GCC claim that were not claimed by the ESC, these areas were still considered "jokingly claimed". Hummland and the ESC have agreed to split the territory, Hummlands side becoming the Neutral Miserly State.

The claim was made because anyone could steal anything from the ESC, so Hummus stole the right leg of the ESC.
