Halen Carl Horatio Jesus Cafaceu, PhD, ScD, MD, Esq.[1] (Aparatas: Halen Carl Horasio Dzisys Cafaceu) was a Tanylezi musician who also just so happened to found and rule the nation.

Biography
Carl spawned on 6 July 2024 at Spawn. After illegally settling in Enkavak, they founded Tanylezi with Tolesi Cafaceu.
Tolesi and Carl had a falling out, and now Carl rules alone with a grudge towards Tolesi.[2]
On the 15th of November 2024, Cafaceu went missing. Many had attributed this to the Letters to Carl Cafaceu, but no concrete evidence exists. And then they came back; nobody really knows when[3], but it's documented in The Chicken Bible.
On 19 April 2025, Carl was found dead in their office via lily of the valley poisoning by a Manathic nationalist. Their will gave their entire estate (excluding Fujisaki Island, which later became a part of Tocjaǵa Śahan,) up for auction. It was eventually purchased by Fin for one chicken spawn egg (for lore reasons). Then Fin got slimed and Tanylezi was given to Lavvakcesaa, who auctioned it again.
