General notes

Numerals

The entire system uses hexadecimal, or base 16. If a letter A-F is used, this is always what they mean. X is a placeholder for "any numeral."

Subjects

Basically only used for 650.SSS. SSS is another Bookspot Category Scheme code.

Continents

When the letter N is used (prominently, 2NX and 3NX), N is the order in which you encounter the continent from center to north, then clockwise after reaching the northern world border. This means N is the following:

Ŋations

These use the code Ŋ or ŊŊ. If N is used, then the first column will be Ŋ for that ŋation. If not, then the second column will be used. If there are more Ŋ than digits, 0-pad the extras.
